Step one: Exit Safari on your Mac. After that, hit Command+Shift+G from the Finder to open up Go to Folder. All you have to do now is to copy and paste the following path ~/Library/Safari/Extensions/

Step two: Select Go and you will see the Safari Extensions folder and you can remove any extensions here.

Step three: Once you are done, re-launch Safari.
